Canadian power metal band Lycanthro will release their highly anticipated second album, Remnants of Rapture, on May 23rd via US-based label Psychomanteum Records.

Lycanthro’s 10-track metal attack builds on their critically acclaimed 2021 debut album Mark of the Wolf ushering in a new era for the band. Shredding guitars, memorable hooks, and soaring vocals highlight an album which also features guest performances from Laura Guldemond (Burning Witches) and Stu Block (Into Eternity, ex-Iced Earth).
The first single ‘Iris’ is a bombastic statement of purpose with rich vocals and triumphant riffs taking centre stage. The opening track of Remnants of Rapture, ‘Iris’ sets the tone for the new album as a take-no prisoners power metal anthem. The ‘Iris’ video reflects the fire and grandeur of the song as the band is placed in the middle of a post-apocalyptic scene of destruction.
